THE FULL LONDOFF EXPERIENCE
"Back in January, I was searching for a car that was easy on the wallet and has a good gas mileage rating. I selected the Chevy Cruze. I then started my search for Chevy Dealers, and being an avid listener to your show, I selected Johnny Londoff. I met a gentleman / salesman named Mike Gercolosky, very nice individual and he started searching for the particular car I was seeking. Within 24 hours Mike had the exact car I was looking for on his lot. A 2011, black, Chevy Cruze LT Model, with the 250 watt Pioneer Stereo System. I made the trip from Waterloo Illinois (1-hour drive) to Johnny Londoff. We talked price, warranty’s, etc and I told Mike I would call him tomorrow. We talked a lot about the Frank Opinion show. The next morning I received a call from the man himself, Johnny Londoff, I was shocked and surprised, and he sounded just like he does when he appears on your show. Mr. Londoff told me he would have you call me if it would seal the deal, I told him that would not be necessary and purchased the Cruze that afternoon. Fast forward in time, June 2011, I started my search for a Chevy Truck. My first Chevy Truck (1999), which I still own, has 285,000 miles on it and I decided it was time to get a new one. So once again, I called Mike Gercolosky, he invited me over, made me a deal I could not pass up and I purchased a 2011, 4-door, 4-wheel drive, Black Chevy Silverado, man what a truck. As Mike put it, “this is a gentleman’s truck” and let me tell you it rides like a Cadillac, (not that I have ever owned a Cadillac, but that what they say). Moreover, I took the truck in for service, to have splash guards installed, a small hail ding removed, and some small minor adjustments. I met the service person, Darryl, I believe, and he was a great help. He called me the next day and said, they had found 7-8 more small hail dings and they would like to keep the truck an extra day, because they wanted to have them removed. What service, what other dealer would go the extra mile and look for other hail dings, on top of the other work that was being done, under warranty I might add."
