I actually have never really looked @ the Malibu, but my 2004 GrandAm died and I called and spoke with David. I was referred to him by someone who just purchased a Camaro. I fell in love over the phone. We talked and I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. When I arrived he was ready. He did his job on trying to keep me in the range I requested. The lady that dose the 5 point inspections was Fabulous, kind and very helpful. She greeted me and instructed me on what to do adn where to go. then I sat infont of MIKE who was extremely grossed into another issue and he explained it would be a few minutes - I was Ok - but I saw two other guys at desk lookig as if they could help me - yet no one made any eye contact or anything - then MIKE left the front garage for about 15 minutes - then a tall bald guy told Rich to take me instead - NOW rich did three people while I was waiting for MIKE - RICH ROCKS the check in service - so then Rich complete my paper work, answered all my questions - still Mike did not return to front garage- then Rich sent me on my way - I was happy & pleased. Then I got a call from Rich - Super polite & funny - AKA I am the WIFE - RICH will know the joke - Then when I got to the dealership to pick up the Truck BRANDON was excellent - he helped me out over and beyond his needs - stopped washing floors to guide me to the cashier then moved my truck to a location that was easy to get my kids and stuff into without traffic issues - Brandon was awesome and he was so polite and helpful.
